I love cooking, cooking and cooking ...

    This site is created for an opportunity to stay in touch with my cooking skills and help my friends. I am continuously making an effort to enhance my cooking skills to prepare delicious and healthy dishes. You can reach me at my email address or call me at my number.

    I can prepare most of the Andhra, Karnataka and some Tamilnadu dishes along with few north Indian dishes. My specialty is Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, special veg/non-veg curries like prawn, fish & Crab and south Indian sweets. I helped my friends with Half and full Tray orders for parties along with weekday dinner combos. Feel free to call me for more details.

My typical/ideal menu for around 20-25 people including kids

Appetizers like Pakoda/Bajji/Garelu/Masala Vada etc - 1 small tray
Chapati/Roti/Naan etc                 - 35

Pulav/Biriyani                                - 1 Large tray
Raitha(optional)                            - 1/4 small tray

Gravy Curry                                   - 1 small tray
Dry curry                                       - 1small tray
Dal based curry or Sambar       - 1 small tray

White Rice                                    - 1 small tray
Curd rice/Curd                            - 1/2 small tray

Desserts like gulab zamoon     - 35 (min). My favorites are Boorelu or boondi laddu for a desert.
Ice cream                                     -  1/2 gallon
Fruit Salad with/without Custard will be very nice for small party/Get-together
